Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building, grounds, security and mechanical assets across the community. You will supervise housekeeping, laundry and transportation services while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead vendor relationships, implement a preventative maintenance program, review budgets, and manage staffing to meet operational goals with a focus on high-quality facilities and cost control. HVAC knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance supervision experience (4+ years).
• HVAC experience or training.
• Working knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, plumbing and related repair.
• Experience with electrical systems, phone systems, fire panels, emergency response systems and disaster preparedness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets of the Community.
• Executes housekeeping, laundry and transportation services per policy and procedures.
• Manages total operation and maintenance of the campus and builds high service standards.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates maintenance contracts.
• Conducts apartment inspections prior to occupancy.
