Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Mooresville is seeking a Maintenance Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the facility. This role includes maintaining the building's structural integrity and managing preventative maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team. Successful candidates will ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are achieved, serving our residents

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance management.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to use general maintenance tools and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical plant operations and compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily.
• Hire and manage staff of Maintenance Technicians and housekeeping.
