Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) seeks experienced leaders for its Executive Director-in-Training (EDIT) program. The paid, immersive 12-month path develops operational, financial, people-management, and strategic skills to prepare participants for executive‑level senior living leadership.

Participants will rotate through host communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston market, working with Executive Directors, regional leaders, and department heads to build broad, hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum three years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, property management, or other service-focused environment.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving accountability.
• Proven ability to influence, communicate, and solve problems in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Learn operations of each community department and how they interrelate to residents, employees, and performance.
• Participate in daily leadership meetings and operational reviews.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, accounts receivable, and expense management.
• Support occupancy, revenue strategy, and customer service initiatives.
• Develop talent through coaching, recruitment, and retention efforts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk-management practices across communities.
