Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) offers an Executive Director in Training (EDIT) program, a paid, 12-month leadership pathway designed to prepare high-potential professionals for executive-level senior living operations. You’ll work closely with an Executive Director and regional leaders across departments to develop operational, financial, people-management, and strategic skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage performance.

• Learn the operations of multiple community departments and align with residents and staff.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and performance tracking.
• Assist with occupancy strategies, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead teams with accountability and professional development.
