Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) in Dallas invites high-potential leaders to join the Executive Director in Training (EDIT) program. This leadership track prepares you to oversee a senior living community, manage operations, and drive financial performance.

You will work closely with seasoned directors, gain hands-on experience in operations, budgeting, occupancy strategy, and regulatory compliance, and advance toward an Executive Director role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or operations.
• Strong business acumen with interest in financial and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Own P&L and drive occupancy, revenue, and efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and develop future executives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high resident satisfaction.
