Qualifications

• Two years of college and at least three years in residential elder care.
• Valid California RCFE Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director.
• Prefer five years supervising and managing employees.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care.
• Ability to work with seniors and cognitively impaired individuals.
• Flexible, adaptable, able to prioritize tasks and handle change.
• Able to follow written or oral instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property to the community and the Corporation.
• Create a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents.
