Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is hiring an Executive Director RCFE in Hayward, CA to lead Ivy Park at Hayward. You will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance to provide a high-quality senior living experience.

The role requires California RCFE certification or equivalent, plus experience in residential elder care and staff leadership. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities across Oakmont’s California communities.

Qualifications

• Completion of two years of college and at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid California RCFE Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director.
• Prefer five years of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Able to operate a PC and be proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care.
• Ability to work with seniors and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Ability to handle stress, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
• Comfort with budgeting and reading financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operations and overall management of the community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, and corporate leadership.
• Create a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents.
