Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks an Executive Director to lead the Hayward community. You will oversee daily operations, staff, occupancy goals, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining high-quality resident life.

The role requires supervising experience, RCFE certification or LNHE license, and strong proficiency with MS Office. You will work with residents, families, and regulatory agencies to ensure excellence in care and operations.

Qualifications

• Two years college required with 3+ years of elderly care experience or equivalent.
• California RCFE Certification or LNHE license required.
• Prefer 5+ years in supervising staff.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care principles.
• Ability to interact with seniors and cognitively impaired individuals.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficiency of day-to-day operations at the community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor, schedule and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, and corporate leadership.
• Foster a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents.
