Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking an Executive Director RCFE for Ivy Park at Huntington Beach, CA. The role oversees daily operations, staffing, occupancy, and regulatory compliance to maintain premium senior living standards.

Requirements include 2 years of college, 3+ years in residential elder care, and a valid RCFE Certification or equivalent. Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of two (2) years of college and at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• A valid California RCFE Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director
• Prefer five (5) years of experience supervising and managing employees
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and dementia care
• Able to work with seniors and interact with cognitively impaired individuals
• Able to be flexible, adapt and respond to change, make decisions in stressful situations, and prioritize tasks and projects.
• Able to process information and follow written or oral instructions
• Able to analyze, solve and respond to problems or concerns
• Able to count and read budgets and financial reports/statements
• Able to explain ideas and communicate complex ideas to a wide audience
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
• Vaccination/health safety requirements per regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities

• Responsible for efficient operations and overall management of the Community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Professionally represent the property to the community and the Corporation.
• Create a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents.
