Oakmont Management Group is seeking an Executive Director RCFE for a premier community in California. You will lead day-to-day operations, hire and supervise staff, and drive occupancy and budgetary compliance while upholding policy standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, stakeholder relations, and professional representation of the property to the Corporation and the community.

Qualifications

• Completion of two years of college and at least three years of residential care experience.
• California RCFE certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director preferred.
• Five years of supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations and overall management of the community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, and the Corporation.
