Job summary

Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Park at San Tomas in San Jose seeks an Executive Director RCFE to lead daily operations, staff supervision, and budget adherence for a premier senior living community.

The role requires California RCFE certification or equivalent, plus extensive experience in elder care and staff leadership. You will maintain occupancy, uphold regulations, and foster a warm residential environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Two years of college and at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly or equivalent education/experience.
• California RCFE Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director.
• Five years of experience supervising and managing employees (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care theories and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall management of the community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, and the Corporation.
• Create a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents.
