Qualifications

• Colorado Assisted Living Administrator License is required.
• Two years of college completed and at least three years of residential care experience or equivalent.
• Prefer five years supervising and managing employees.
• Able to read budgets and financial reports and explain them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operations and overall management of the community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property professionally to residents, families, and governing bodies.
