You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff supervision, budgeting, policy adherence, and resident programs to ensure a high-quality, compliant living environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and people management in a licensed senior living setting.
• Demonstrated budgeting and financial reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community per policies and regulations.
• Hire, evaluate, schedule, supervise staff and ensure quality resident services.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and financial targets.
