Job summary

Morningside Elite Management seeks an Executive Director for a senior living community in Leesburg, VA. You will set the cultural tone, drive operations, develop the team, and ensure residents experience the quality of life they deserve.

You will oversee resident care, financial management, sales and marketing, regulatory compliance, and community culture, partnering with regional and corporate teams to uphold BLOOM values and memory care principles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Gerontology, or a related field; graduate degree a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of executive-level leadership in assisted living, memory care, or similar senior living.
ALM license current and in good standing at time of hire.
Proven track record of financial performance and regulatory compliance in a residential care setting.

Responsibilities

Set the cultural tone and drive day-to-day operations across resident services, staffing, programming, and environment.
Oversee resident care services, admission, care planning, healthcare coordination, and ongoing care management.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; monitor performance against budget and take corrective action.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, mission-aligned team across all departments.
Drive occupancy and revenue through tours, family consultations, and referral relationships.
Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all departments.
