Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LNHA license in Minnesota
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field with post-graduate coursework for Nursing Home Administrator licensure
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior care leadership role

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality resident care through planning, implementing, evaluating, and delegating authority to staff.
• Prepare and manage an integrated financial program within budget.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and training of staff; mentorship and retention.
• Provide leadership in employee and labor relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and licensing regulations.
• Plan growth and staffing through strategic planning.
• Develop public relations programs to enhance service image.
