• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Senior Care.
• Active Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes occupancy through marketing, tours, and referrals.
• Leads leadership team and ensures accountability.
• Maintains open communication with residents and staff about satisfaction.
• Oversees staff performance, training, and fair treatment.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards; inspects and improves as needed.
• Prepares annual budget and capital replacement plan; tracks expenses and revenues.
• Represents Ecumen at community events and marketing efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
