Job summary

The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, KS is seeking an Executive Director to lead a vibrant senior living community. You will develop the community’s strategic plans, drive growth, and oversee residents and staff with a hands-on, values-driven approach.

Starting salary ranges from $95,000 to $130,000 per year, with a benefits package and opportunities to grow within the organization. This full-time role requires license credentials and strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Two years of college; at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• Active and in good standing LNHA or RCAL for Kansas (KS).
• Knowledge of care requirements and supervision appropriate to residents.
• Ability to maintain or supervise financial and other records.
• Ability to lead and develop the team to achieve growth and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate community goals and business plans to the team.
• Act as the managerial mechanic to keep the community running smoothly.
• Anticipate and manage resident satisfaction needs.
• Lead the community like a personal mini-business.
