Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred (Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or Health-related).
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care or hospitality industries.
• Administrator license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community per Owners/Board of Directors, Discovery Management Group, and laws/regulations.
• Model a customer-focused, resident-centered vision of care.
• Develop external business development strategies to maximize referrals, occupancy, and revenue.
