Job summary

The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a licensed nurse to lead our Wellness team. As Wellness Director, you will oversee resident care, supervise staff, manage medication processes, and ensure compliance with state guidelines while maintaining a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

This full-time role offers a salary of $84,760–$98,280 per year, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and annual performance bonuses up to $4,000.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing within the state of employment.
• At least two years’ experience in resident care in assisted living.
• Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents and ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and maintain exceptional quality of care for all residents.
• Provide oversight, training, motivation, and team building to Wellness staff.
• Coordinate medication management and oversee memory care.
• Maintain resident charts and end-of-shift notes, and document physician orders.
• Work with the Resident Services Director on activities and services for residents.
• Schedule medical appointments and maintain calendars.
• Report to Executive Director and develop positive relationships with physicians.
