Job summary

Heritage Senior Living in Milwaukee seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead a community, ensuring exceptional resident and family experiences while guiding clinical services, life enrichment, dining, and operations.

You will build and coach a strong team, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, drive occupancy, and partner with sales and clinical leaders to deliver high-quality care and service.

Qualifications

• Must meet Wisconsin DHS 83 and 89 requirements.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Strong leadership with oversight of multiple departments.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop community leadership teams.
• Oversee clinical services, life enrichment, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance.
• Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and reporting.
