LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for the Menomonee Falls community to provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and a vibrant community culture.

You will represent the community externally, foster internal collaboration, and lead with clear communication, accountability, and compassionate leadership. This role combines business acumen with people-first care to drive success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience; at least 2 years as an Executive Director in senior living.
• State-specific Administrator License/Certification as required by state (RCAC & CBRF’s in Wisconsin).
• Proven success in census growth, operational leadership, and financial management.
• Strong team leadership, hiring, performance management and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and budget alignment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational standards.
• Maintain responsibility for community financials, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Drive NOI, occupancy, and resident engagement targets.
• Partner with sales to drive occupancy and revenue; lead external business development.
