Oxford Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership for the community, ensuring residents are cared for, staff are valued, and families are engaged. The role oversees life enrichment, healthcare coordination, food service, sales, and maintenance to deliver exceptional service.

You will manage operations within budget, build a strong sales culture to sustain occupancy, and ensure compliance with state regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed/certified Administrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Equivalent years of career experience may be considered
• Three (3) years of experience leading a senior living community

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to deliver exceptional resident care
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting to ensure resources are stewarded
• Drive occupancy growth by building relationships with providers and families
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and audits
