Qualifications

• Current Assisted Living Administrator license required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic health/operations systems.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of assisted living and memory care regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead with servant leadership and uphold 12 Oaks' values in all actions.
• Oversee care services, assessments, and service plans with regulatory focus.
• Direct resident experience, safety, and quality of care initiatives.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and financial performance to plan.
• Coach and develop department heads; ensure leadership continuity.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to drive occupancy targets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
