Suite Living Senior seeks an experienced Assisted Living Director to lead our team with a focus on care quality, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. This licensed professional role requires strong leadership and dedication to excellence in senior care.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage budgets, coordinate surveys, and engage with residents and families to ensure a safe, dignified living environment in Minnesota. Full-time position.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted Assisted Living Director (LALD) license with BELTSS.
• Proven experience in senior care leadership or healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and budgeting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective leadership to the assisted living team and foster a positive culture.
• Oversee daily operations for high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff training and development to enhance competency and engagement.
• Coordinate license surveys and audits, ensuring standards are met.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, and improve efficiencies.
• Engage residents and families through tours, meetings, and open communication.
