Job summary

West St. Paul Opco LLC seeks an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a senior living community in Minnesota, ensuring residents experience a home-like environment, exceptional service, and meaningful engagement.

This role oversees regulatory compliance, financial performance, staffing oversight, occupancy and marketing support, and family communication, with an active LALD license required or ability to obtain it as regulations permit.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license in Minnesota or ability to obtain before start.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or related setting.
• Must read/write English and communicate effectively with residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly operating budget targets.
• Achieve occupancy goals and respond to inquiries within one business day.
• Lead staff onboarding, training, and leadership meetings.
• Oversee resident engagement programming and ensure calendars are followed.
