Sinceri Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations of the senior living community. You will drive quality care, occupancy, and budget adherence while ensuring regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), valid state licenses where required, and strong communication skills with residents, families, staff, and officials. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Genuine concern for and ability to work with the elderly.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be licensed in good standing if required by the State Licensing Authority.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Must meet all State health requirements.
• Must be computer literate.
• Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operation of the Community in accordance with policy and budget.
• Maintain service quality, high occupancy, and financial goals.
• Monitor labor costs, budgets, A/R and A/P, and payroll functions.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for residents and staff.
• Complete reports and submit them timely to Sinceri Senior Living.
• Maximize census development and resident mix.
