Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Assisted Living Director (LALD) license with BELTSS.
• Proven experience in senior care leadership, assisted living, or related healthcare management roles.
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to the assisted living team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality care, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team competency and engagement.
• Maintain current and unrestricted LALD license; ensure facility compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Address resident and family concerns; conduct monthly meetings to ensure open communication and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and families to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial management, including monitoring monthly financials and variances.
• Propose strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and financial performance.
• Ensure engaging activities programs that enhance residents' quality of life.
