Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a Director of Health and Wellness to lead the Wellness team, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate resident care across the community.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, oversee documentation for billing, and collaborate with outside providers to maintain high-quality care for residents. This role requires an active nursing license and extensive experience in assisted living, with strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills to

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN/LPN/LVN license in good standing and be able to practice per state regulations.
• Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing people in the healthcare field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of department head level experience in Assisted Living or related industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours and driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Participates in pre-admission screening and ensures required documentation is completed.
• Monitor policy adherence, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
• Supervise documentation for monthly billings and changes in resident care.
• Coordinate or oversee scheduling of in-house ancillary medical services and outside providers.
• Lead training and supervision of Wellness team members and participate in regulatory inspections.
• Act as liaison with sales to discuss wellness services for prospective residents.
