Job summary

Clearwater Living's The Arboretum community seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations, ensure resident care, and maintain financial stability in a compliant, person-centered environment.

The role calls for a senior living executive with 8–10 years in related settings and 5+ years in leadership, plus required certifications. A diverse, people-first culture supports growth and excellent service for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services; or equivalent supervision experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry.
• 5+ years in a leadership role at a senior living operation.
• Current state/federal/local required certification or license to manage a community.
• First Aid Certification required.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and ensure financial stability.
• Consult with department directors on policies and procedures.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Ensure residents receive proper services addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Recruit, hire, evaluate and manage community staff.
