Job summary

The Arbor Company seeks an Executive Director for Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons in Woodbridge, VA. You will lead the community, drive P&L accountability, set strategic direction, and ensure excellence in resident care, team engagement, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of senior living operations leadership, Virginia ALF Administrator license, and a track record in budgeting, occupancy, and achieving financial goals. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as experience utilizing CRM and operational systems.

Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons is an award-winning senior living community in Woodbridge Virginia, offering exceptional Assisted Living and Memory Care.

What You’ll Do

As the Executive Director, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and day‑to‑day operations of the community, including full P&L accountability. You will set the tone for the community and ensure excellence across resident care, team engagement, financial performance, sales and occupancy, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

Preferred Background

Compensation

Salary: $150k +

Salary Range: Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership success.
