Sunrise Senior Living in Sunnyvale is seeking an Executive Director to lead all community operations, drive occupancy, revenue strategy and regulatory compliance while ensuring an exceptional resident and family experience.

You will recruit and develop leadership, manage P&L and budgets, partner with sales, and build strong relationships with residents, families and referral sources while upholding Sunrise standards of care and quality. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
