Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Indiana seeks an experienced operational leader to oversee all community operations and drive performance. You’ll manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy while delivering high-quality resident care and engaging with residents and families.

You will build strong cross‑functional relationships, lead sales and marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with company policies. A bachelor's degree and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of three years related operational leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a business plan to become a preferred senior living community in the local market and manages operating and capital budgets.
• Builds and sustains strong relationships with the management team and fosters teamwork and collaboration.
• Leads recruiting and staffing to ensure appropriate levels of skilled associates and maintain service quality.
• Drives sales and marketing to meet occupancy and revenue targets by developing leads and building relationships.
• Oversees resident services, care planning, and compliance to meet regulatory and company standards.
