Job summary

Brookdale Willows Sherman Assisted Living & Memory Care community is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and drive occupancy and revenue within a premier senior living facility in Sherman, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years of operational leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license may be needed in some markets.
• Experience managing budgets and staffing in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations, coordinating with staff, residents, and families.
• Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets to meet service and financial standards.
• Lead and motivate staff, ensuring adequate staffing and training across departments.
• Recruit, hire, and develop qualified associates; monitor turnover and retention trends.
• Enhance resident satisfaction and occupancy by partnering with leaders and the Resident Council.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure care services meet resident needs and regulations.
• Drive sales, marketing, and relationships to maximize occupancy and revenue.
