Brookdale Tyler South Memory Care is seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations, staff engagement, and resident services. You will drive occupancy, manage budgets, and partner with district leadership to execute strategic plans for a premier memory care community.

The role requires two years of operational leadership experience, a valid license where required, and a commitment to Brookdale's standards and resident-centered care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of operational leadership experience.
• Must have a valid administrator license where required and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operations, associate relations, resident engagement, and budgeting.
• Drives occupancy and sales in collaboration with the community sales leader.
• Ensures staffing levels meet resident needs and regulatory standards.
• Leads recruitment, development, and retention of associates.
• Partners with district leadership to execute the business plan.
