Job summary

Whitley Place in Keller, TX, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks an Executive Director / Sales Director to lead operations and drive occupancy for its assisted living and memory care services.

The role combines high-impact community leadership with sales performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction, reporting to regional leadership and partnering with the Director of Sales to achieve move-in goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Executive Director experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry.
• 2+ years of sales, business development, or occupancy growth experience.
• Proven success leading teams and managing community operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and performance management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct all community operations, ensuring exceptional resident care and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for assisted living and memory care.
• Lead, coach, develop, and retain department leaders and team members.
• Foster a positive culture focused on engagement, accountability, and resident-centered care.
• Drive occupancy growth and revenue through strategic marketing and outreach.
