This role oversees resident care, sales, marketing, and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and an inclusive resident experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and several years of operational leadership experience, with strong analytic and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of three years related in operational leadership experience required.
• Additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of a larger community of 60-65 units and two product lines or 65-175 units with up to two product lines.
• Develop and implement the business plan and annual operating and capital budgets; manage performance against goals.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts in collaboration with the community sales leader to meet occupancy or revenue targets.
