Provincial Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead the community operations and drive resident-centric care. You will align strategy with the Owners/Board, manage revenue, occupancy, and expenses, and foster external partnerships to boost referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality.
• Experience hiring, coaching, performance management, and operations supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community per owners/board standards and laws.
• Provide customer-focused leadership and resident-centered care.
• Develop relationships to drive referrals and maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Implement external business development strategies and budget adherence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate resident records.
• Monitor monthly financials and manage operating costs and NOI.
• Oversee departments for efficient operations and budget goals.
