The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a Master's preferred, seven years of operational leadership, and a nursing home administrator license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of operational leadership experience.
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Leads day-to-day operations of a large community with multiple product lines.
• Manages associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and executes the business plan to grow occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversees staffing, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Partners with sales to drive occupancy and revenue targets.
