Morningside Ministries seeks an Executive Director to lead the Meadows campus, a vibrant senior living community north of downtown San Antonio, TX. You’ll drive operational excellence, financial performance, and compassionate service for residents and families.

The role demands a bachelor’s in healthcare or related field, 5+ years in senior leadership within senior housing, and licensure as a Texas Nursing Facility Administrator plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role in senior housing (IL/AL/LTC).
• Current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community’s operations, financial performance, and HR management.
• Model a resident-centered culture and outstanding customer service.
• Build strong community relationships to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Morningside Ministries standards.
• Engage with residents and families with open-door leadership.
• Oversee all departments aligning with budget and quality goals.
• Review financial statements, monitor performance, and act on gaps.
• Support and promote the mission to provide quality service to seniors.
