Morningside Ministries at The Meadows in San Antonio, TX seeks an Executive Director to lead campus operations, financial performance, and a broad care continuum. You will supervise the Administrator and Assisted Living Manager, and collaborate with department leaders to deliver exceptional care and service.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in senior leadership within senior living, with multi-level care experience, strong financial acumen, and a heart for serving residents with compassion.

Qualifications

• Texas Nursing Facility Administrator license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, or related field.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership in senior living; skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience across multiple levels of care: independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehab, and long-term care.
• Strong financial, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and liability auto insurance required.

Your Opportunity

As Executive Director, you’ll guide campus operations, financial performance, and team development while creating an environment where residents thrive. You’ll lead the Administrator and Assisted Living Manager, oversee Culinary and Environmental Services, and partner with department leaders to deliver exceptional care and service.

• Managing budgets, supporting occupancy growth, and driving operational excellence.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and high standards of care.

What You Bring

• Current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, or a related field.
• At least five years of senior leadership experience in senior living, with skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience across multiple levels of care, ideally independent living, assisted living, memory care, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care.
• Strong financial, communication, and team leadership skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a heart for serving seniors.
• Company requirement for limit of liability auto insurance.
