Hireology is seeking an Executive Director for a licensed assisted living community in Norfolk, VA. The CEO will oversee planning, direction and implementation of programs and policies, and ensure efficient administration of the business plan.

Qualifikationen

• Meets all current requirements of the State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities.
• Two years’ post-secondary education required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory role in senior housing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
• Understanding of State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations.
• Acceptable driving record (required driver).

• Responsible for the general well-being and health of residents in the community.
• Coordination of care and services to residents, including oversight of nursing and care staff.
• Ensure staffing levels are appropriate at all times.
• Actively seek out and reward top performers while coaching others to improve.
• Oversee paperwork required by regulatory bodies and corporate regulations.
• Participate in direct marketing and staff recruitment.
• Serve as the responsible party before, during, and after licensing inspections.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle.
