Job summary

Wesley Woods Senior Living in Georgia seeks an Executive Director to lead a large senior living community, including CCRC components. You will oversee operations, compliance, budgets, and staff, driving resident-focused care and strategic growth.

The role requires LNHA licensure in GA, extensive leadership experience in senior living, and the ability to manage complex programs and finances with a mission-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Must hold a current LNHA license and be in good standing with GA regulatory board.
• Seven+ years of progressive leadership in senior living or related field.
• Experience with a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or Life Plan preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a diverse staff.
• Knowledge of government regulations, budgeting, marketing and planning.
• Proficient computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, graphics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; capable of presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and administrative operations of a large Wesley Woods community.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and certification standards.
• Develop and manage community operating and capital budgets.
• Direct day-to-day operations including dining, facilities and resident programs.
• Manage 100–150 staff with strong leadership and staff development.
• Cultivate relationships with community leaders, donors and board.
• Implement corporate policies on safety, risk management, and finance.
• Oversee construction or repair projects as needed to deliver services.
• Provide reports to senior staff and participate in strategic planning.
