Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Seven+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close process including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leaders.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop accounting staff and improve processes.
