Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination of education and supervisory experience.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing and/or meet state and federal license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and maintain quality of care and services.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial stability of the community.
• Supervise staff, maintain training, and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Lead sales and operations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
• Maintain relationships with staff, residents, providers, and families.
