Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional teambuilding and leadership abilities.
• Strong experience developing individual team members and leaders.
• Knowledge of state regulations and compliance management.
• Basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms (email, etc.).
• Understanding of accounting terminology and financial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain budget, census, and prepare competitive analysis reports.
• Lead and develop a collaborative leadership team aligned with the community’s vision and values.
• Oversee admissions processes and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Ensure safety, health, and quality standards for residents and staff.
• Manage sales, occupancy, and marketing to achieve 100% occupancy targets.
• Supervise operations including nursing, environmental services, and dining to ensure high-quality resident experiences.
