Job summary

Vitality is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a vibrant assisted living and memory care community in Florida. You will drive operations, ensure resident satisfaction, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

You will recruit and mentor a diverse leadership team, partner with families, coordinate memory care programs, and uphold Vitality's mission of belonging and purposeful living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a private vehicle.
• Knowledge of health regulations and compliance standards.
