The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a similar leadership role, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to develop staff while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years as a Business Office Director in Assisted Living/Memory Care or related field preferred.
• Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage financial and human resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business office, including staffing coverage and management.
• Manage payroll processes and collaborate with HR and payroll partners.
• Maintain confidential resident, team member, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with state/provincial regulations and company policies.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance reviews for staff.
• Supervise Concierge and Transportation departments and related hiring decisions.
