Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Admin, Hospitality, Hospital Admin, or health-related field).
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operating expenses.
• Administrator license/certification and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community per Owners/Board, Discovery Management Group, and laws and regulations.
• Communicate a customer-focused vision based on resident-centered care.
• Identify local relationships to drive business, price the product, and maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop external business development strategies with clear accountability and monitor referral leads and move-ins.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain resident administrative files.
• Meet financial targets and budget adherence; maximize NOI and occupancy.
• Oversee all departments and ensure efficient operations and budgetary goals.
