Job summary

True Connection Communities is seeking an Executive Director for Meadowstone Place, a 55+ active adult community in Dallas. Lead resident experience, operations, and financial stewardship to deliver exceptional service and occupancy.

You will oversee multiple departments, hire and develop leaders, partner with sales and marketing, ensure safety and compliance, and execute the organization’s vision for a thriving community.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of director-level or higher leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, or related environment.
• Ability to lead multiple departments, set priorities, meet deadlines, and keep a fast-moving community operating smoothly.
• Proven track record of building rapport with residents, families, associates, and prospects while coaching teams.
• Experience managing budgets and using data to identify challenges and develop strategic action plans.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptable decision-making in changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident experience and oversee community operations to ensure an exceptional resident journey.
• Manage multiple departments (sales/marketing, administration, dining, activities, housekeeping, security, maintenance) with clear priorities.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff; build an accountable team and provide direction.
• Partner with sales and marketing to strengthen occupancy and connections with prospective residents.
• Oversee budget, monitor performance, and use data to drive action plans and cost-effective operations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the community.
