LCB Senior Living in Lewes, DE is seeking an Executive Chef for The Lodge at Historic Lewes. This full-time role oversees kitchen operations, staffing, menu development, and policy implementation to deliver high-quality dining for residents.

The Executive Chef will lead the Culinary Services Department, collaborate with the Culinary Services Director, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a positive work environment and strong team performance.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: health/safety code knowledge, Serve Safe certified.
• Leadership: manage and train culinary staff, delegate tasks, maintain high staff morale.
• Menu development and seasonal recipes, kitchen operations alignment with policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and staffing.
